Hadiths About Ramadan
There are several Hadiths of our Prophet’s Muhammad (S.A.W) about Ramadan are available. Here The Hadiths of our Prophet’s Muhammad (S.A.W) are given below.
Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said: Fasting is a shield, so the one who fasts should avoid obscene speech and ignorant behavior. If someone abuses him or starts to fight with him, he should reply by saying: ‘I am fasting. I am fasting’. (Saheeh Al-Bukhari)
“Islam is based on Five Principles and to observe Fast (according to Islamic Teachings) during the month of Ramadan is one of them.” (Sahih Bukhari: 8).
Prophet (S.A.W.) said that Allah Said: “The most beloved deeds with which My slave comes closer to Me are the obligatory deeds.” (Sahih Bukhari: 6502)
One of the most generous blessings by Allah during the month of Ramadan is the opportunity of having our Duas (supplications) accepted. Prophet (S.A.W.) said: “There are three whose supplication is not rejected: The fasting person when he breaks his fast, the just leader, and the supplication of the oppressed person.” (Tirmidhi: 3598)
