Requirement and Eligibility for BU Admission
Students who have passed from SSC/equivalent examination from 2017 to 2018 and HSC/equivalent examination from 2019 to 2020 can apply for the Barisal University admission test. Here, we provided the BU admission requirement for all units separately.
Unit-A requirements
Interested candidates who have passed from science background both in SSC and HSC can apply for A unit. The minimum GPA-3.50 is required for each examination. The total minimum GPA should have 8.00 (including 4th Subject) in two examinations. The students of the Madrasah Board and Vocational HSC in science can also apply for Barisal University admission.
Unit-B requirements
The students of the Humanities in HSC can apply for the B unit in The Barisal University admission 20-21 sessions. SSC group is not a fact here. The minimum GPA in each exam is 3.00 (including 4th Subject). The total minimum required GPA in both exams is 6.00 (including 4th Subject). Requirements for Homoiconic and Madrasah board are the Same.
Unit-C requirements
Business Studies group students can apply for the C unit. Their minimum GPA requirement is 3.00 (including 4th Subject) and the total minimum GPA in both exams is 6.00 (including 4th Subject). Diploma in Business Studies, Diploma in management, Diploma in commerce students can also apply here.
