Brunch: The time when we take a meal between breakfast and lunch is called Brunch. The food items of my brunch are given blow.
- Slice cake – Carbohydrate
- Banana – Vitamin
- Vegetable Rolls – Carbohydrate, Fibre
- Juice – Vitamin, Water
Lunch: The food items of my lunch are given blow.

My Opinion about My Food Items That I Eat
The food list that I gave above is may vary on different days. But I can say that the above food items that I eat in the different meals are balanced diets. Because the foods that I eat at different times contained the proper substant that my body needs. Because, they contain, Carbohydrate, Vitamin, Fiber, Protein that is necessary for proper growth. I take these foods according to the healthy food list. So, I can declare that my daily diet is balanced.
